AssureInclu, as a company in its founding stage, we have built our services on the extensive experience of our founder, Dr Hema Bansal, who has over 25 years of expertise in international development, particularly in the financial sector. Guided by her solid foundation, we are assembling a skilled and diverse team whose collective expertise will enhance and complement the founder’s vision. With plans to expand across India, Asia, Latin America, and Africa, we are focused on growing into a well-structured consulting firm with strong governance and a dedicated board to deliver meaningful and sustainable impact. We have a pool of consultants and a growing team that is supports us in delivering the services with quality and authenticity.

Hema Bansal

Founder and Managing Director, AssureInclu Consulting Services
Hema Bansal is the Founder and Managing Director of AssureInclu Consulting Services, a boutique consulting company dedicated to helping institutions strengthen inclusive and accountable practices. As the firm’s promoter, she sets the strategic vision while remaining deeply engaged in ensuring high-quality service delivery and client outcomes.
She leads a team of experienced consultants who bring deep sectoral and regional expertise to each engagement. While they steer individual projects, Hema provides oversight, quality assurance, and advisory depth across the firm’s portfolio, ensuring that every solution is both contextually grounded and purpose-driven.

In addition to leading AssureInclu Consulting Services (ACS), Hema also consults with the International Financial Corporation at an individual level as a responsible finance specialist. She currently spearheads projects in the company’s service offerings through a team of highly competent consultants. Besides, she also manages the expansion of the current team.

Anita Jandial

Director, Empower Program
Anita Jandial, an MBA (Finance), is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of expertise encompassing business development in NBFCs and wealth management. She was part of the core team responsible for drafting the legal documentation framework for retail finance, which was subsequently adopted by leading NBFCs and banks across the sector. A firm proponent of financial literacy, she actively champions the cause of empowering women to make independent financial decisions. In addition to her professional achievements, she is an active Rotarian with a strong commitment to social initiatives, particularly in advancing education for underprivileged children and those living in rural communities.

Anusha Sharma

Anusha blends design thinking with a deep commitment to finance and social impact. With a background in architecture and a sharp eye for detail, she seamlessly navigates project landscapes, bringing structure, creativity, and purpose to AssureInclu’s consulting engagements.

As the go-to lead across initiatives, Anusha anchors the firm’s empower project and housing environment projects. She anchors operational functions, including consultant coordination.

Krunal Bhalja

With nearly a decade of experience in photography and filmmaking, Krunal brings a unique lens to AssureInclu’s mission, capturing stories that resonate with impact and empathy. Trained as a Mechanical Engineer, he transitioned into the creative world driven by a passion for human narratives, cultural exploration, and cinematic expression.

His portfolio spans documentary, fashion, and commercial photography, enriched by hands-on production experience for global brands such as Coca-Cola and Cosmopolitan. At AssureInclu, he leads visual storytelling efforts, translating complex ideas into compelling imagery that supports inclusive finance, climate resilience, and community-led transformation.

Bhargavsinh Parmar

Bhargav supports AssureInclu’s mission by turning data into insights that strengthen institutional resilience and inclusive finance strategies. With a keen eye for detail, he specializes in predictive analytics and visualization, helping shape early warning tools and optimize decision-making across portfolios. His skills include data analytics, using Python, AI, SQL, and ML.
